We balance skills, experience and education to give FMC Group a well-rounded, balance, yet fresh outlook: Our core team consists of 30 full-time employees plus more than 20 leased employees working for our customers. The team comprises individuals with qualifications including Master Degrees in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering and Chemical Engineering and numerous Bachelor Degrees including Engineering, Psychology and Business Administration from leading universities in Germany, Turkey, UK and the USA.
Our clients are appointed a dedicated team that meets the skills and experience requirements of the project. Regular briefings and continuous communications ensure that information is readily available and personal contact with the client guarantees the highest level of customer service at all times. Peter J. Heidinger, MANAGING PARTNER
Peter is the CEO of FMC Group and is responsible for business development, sales and marketing.
Prior to founding FMC Group in 1999, Peter managed a sales engineering group – part of MAN Technology AG in Munich, Germany – before relocating to Turkey in 1994. He took on the overall responsibility for establishing MAN EnerjiSistemleri Ltd., a Turkish energy company belonging to the MAN Group. Peter built this company into a successful 10 million Euro company with 36 employees.
Since founding FMC Group, Peter has played an integral part in helping more than 250 foreign companies with business ventures in Turkey including Maquet Cardiopulmonary AG, SMS Siemag AG and SEW EURODRIVE.
Peter is a German national and obtained his Dipl.-Ing. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Munich, Germany.
YEŞİM F. TEKTAŞLI, Partner, CFO
Yeşim is the CFO of FMC Group and is responsible for finance management, companies’ setup and controlling.
Prior to forming FMC Group in 1999, Yeşim worked as an IT Coach in Munich and Nuremberg, in the Sales Department for Siemens Energieübertragung und –verteilung (Nuremberg, Germany) and came to Turkey as Commercial Project Manager for MAN EnerjiSistemleri Ltd., (Istanbul, Turkey). She specializes in operational and financial business for Turkish foreign trade and foreign capital companies.
Yeşim graduated from the University of Munich (Germany) with a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and Economics, with additional lessons in Psychology and Pedagogy. Her thesis, entitled “Turkey’s way to a free market economy” studied the changing face of Turkish business and economics. During her studies, she was a Board Member for the European Association of Turkish Academics.
HANS SONDERMANN, Partner
Hans Sondermann is responsible for strategic growth consultancy services.
Before joining FMC Group Hans was Managing Director of the two global industrial players SEW-Eurodrive GmbH & Co. KG (1987 – 2014) and Rittal GmbH & Co. KG (2014 – 2019).
In both companies he was responsible for global sales & marketing, service and logistics. He could achieve there impressive and profitable growth by expanding the gobal footprint and establishing new subsidiaries. Hans had a revenue responsibility of 2.7 billion € in SEW-Eurodrive and 2.3 billion € in Rittal.
Additionally he joined in 2009 the advisary board of the German company Turck Holding GmbH, a global player in industry-specific automation solutions. Since 2014 he has been taking the chair of this advisary board.
Hans completed his studies in Industrial Engineering at the University of Karlsruhe in 1987.
ANA GNJEC, Partner
Ana Gnjec is leading business development projects and providing consultancy support.
Ana, a Croatian national, has extensive knowledge and 20 years of broad experience in the trade and development matters of public and private entities, as well as working with a great variety of teams around the globe. Now based between Milano and Dubai, serves as Partner of the FMC Group DMCC, since November 2018.
Ana began her career in a multinational company in UK. Later on, she worked for public organizations (industry association and Chamber of Commerce) in Italian German-speaking region, as a consultant advising on customized strategies for developing internationalization, conducting wide range of market entry modes and assisting in negotiations in multiple industries. She was also adviser on European Union funded export-aid projects. After 10 years in the industry, she became entrepreneur in 2007 and had several businesses.
After completing her studies in Business Management and International Marketing in the UK and Italy, Ana worked with more than 1600 globally active corporations in 40 countries. Fluent in English, Italian and German, her native languages are Croatian and Serbian.
