The Production Manager shall be responsible for the daily operations in the plant, including team management, production planning, process improvement, and maintenance activities.

Job Description:

  • Plan, supervise and optimize the production process, identify problems and introduce measures
  • Determine KPIs, carry out projects for process improvement, quality and efficiency increase
  • Manage the production team of 80 blue-collar employees, ensure their personal development by regular training
  • Lead IT-supported supervision and planning processes in production and logistics
  • Lead the maintenance activities
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles

Your Profile:

  • University degree in engineering
  • At least five years of experience in the manufacture of elastomer products is a must, experience in machining/metalworking and welding is a plus

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager (TSM) for the subsidiary of our client, a European family company producing premium segment Building Steel Systems.

Reporting to the Country Manager, TSM shall be responsible for the development of sales activities in Turkey, contacting all the stakeholders involved in the decision-making process in strong coordination with the European headquarters.

Job Description:

  • Achieve and exceed the annual sales targets
  • Identify key customers and projects in the Turkish construction industry
  • Visit and consult all stakeholders, including investors, contractors, architects, and consultants, regarding all technical and commercial topics in the sales process

Your Profile:

We are looking for a Deputy Subsidiary Manager (DSM) for the local office of our client, a global logistics service provider for the chemicals industry. The DSM will report directly to the incumbent Subsidiary Manager (SM), who is responsible for the management and the operations in Turkey. Job Description:

  • Organize and manage the subsidiary and their duties together with SM
  • Deputy responsibility for profit/loss situation of the subsidiary
  • Support leading and motivating the local subsidiary team
  • Monitor and manage the operational planning together with the local team, ensuring the best possible use of transport subcontractors in the subsidiary; coordinate planning in consultation with the headquarter
  • Evaluate and monitor transport partners and surveillance of their usage, including tendering, negotiation, settlement and controlling of costs from external services in alignment with SM
  • Keep contact with customers in the subsidiary’s area of activities
  • Ensure fulfilment of the local legal regulations

Your profile:

  • University degree
  • Several years of experience in bulk chemical logistics respectively transportation logistics, experience with customs formalities preferred
