Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree would be a plus

We are looking for an International Sales Manager for the Turkish subsidiary of our German client, which is a manufacturer of tailor-made harness systems, electric cubicles and electrical connection systems for several industries, such as commercial, heavy-duty, agricultural and railway vehicles.

The ISM shall be responsible for the development of sales activities in the European market, in strong coordination with the headquarters in Germany and the local team.

Job Description:

  • Ensure a sustainable market position in the European market
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies in strong coordination with the headquarters
  • Support and retain existing Key Accounts, acquire new customers
  • Negotiate customer contracts and conclude them together with the GM
  • Calculate and verify the product and project costs, sales prices
  • Implement the company quality guidelines and ensure the customer requirements according to IATF 16949 and IRIS
  • Participate in developing production strategies, quality gates, and quality tests for new products and projects
  • Participate in defining the Best Supplier strategy together with the customers

Your Profile:

  • University degree in engineering is a must, MBA is a plus
  • At least five years of experience in international business development in the European vehicle industry
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must, German, French, or Spanish is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and persuasive skills, ability to build long-term relationships with customers
  • Team leading experience is a plus
  • No restriction to travel

Reporting directly to the headquarters in Germany, the Country Sales Manager shall be responsible for the management and development of all sales-related operations in Turkey. Job Description:
