Job Description:

  • Support the AMs in increasing the sales volume and achieving the yearly target, expanding the market share

  • Promote and advertise the equipment to customers and end-users
  • Perform sales calls and presentations, and /or key account seminars to the customers, introduce new promotion plans

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in natural sciences, such as chemistry/ chemical engineering, life sciences, and biology
  • Preferably one or two years of sales experience
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must, German is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, highly self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Problem solving abilities and customer focus

We are looking for an Electronics Sales Manager for our client, which is an international manufacturer of components and products for household appliances, headquartered in Germany.

The ESM shall be responsible for the development of the Business Unit Electronics market by initiating and implementing the sales strategy, in strong coordination with the headquarters and the local team. The person shall be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and to the Director / Head of Sales BU Electronics in a matrix organization.

Job Description:

  • Determine annual sales plan by implementing marketing strategies; analyze trends and results
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories, projecting expected sales volume and value for existing and new products. Sales budget and forecast planning.
  • Implement national sales programs by developing and implementing go to market sales action plans for Business Unit Electronics
  • Realize customer projects in an international environment with multiple worldwide interfaces
  • Perform regular customer price and contract negotiations in alignment according to group and Business Unit rules
  • Acquire new customers and develop existing customers for substantial growth based upon Business Unit strategy
  • Maintain and develop a regional market by identifying market trends and adjusting the product portfolio accordingly
  • Lead and develop the regional business, with meticulous interaction on a Business Unit level combining with the global production facilities and group headquarters
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies as well as internal product training

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering is a must, master’s degree is a plus
  • Native speaker of Turkish and excellent command of written and spoken English, further languages an advantage
  • Preferably knowledge of products and applications in the White Goods industry
  • Minimum 5 years related working experience as Sales Engineer focusing on the market, White Goods industry preferred
  • Proven track record of customer project realization
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills, experience in a multinational environment would be an asset
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and used to work under pressure

Job Description:

  • Be the central point of contact for internal and external customers (e.g. handle incoming calls from customers requesting information, pricing and availability)
  • Create offers, respond to customer inquiries in accordance with technical requirements, handle correspondence of quotation and order related questions (Product selection, conditions, delivery possibilities, availabilities, etc.)
  • Administer and maintain end-customer data, prepare sales reports
  • Provide day-to-day assistance and service to account managers, distributors, direct customers, and service technicians
  • Assist account managers with communicating product information and technical specifications
  • Assist to prepare for and join exhibitions, seminars, and other product promotion activities
