Job Description:

  • Develop sales strategies to grow the business in the local market
  • Reach turnover and profit targets in line with the company guidelines
  • Gain new customers from different industries, support existing key accounts
  • Organize field visits, provide technical consulting and product training to customers
  • Maintain and develop the dealer network
  • Calculate and submit quotations

Your profile:

  • University degree in engineering and strong technical understanding
  • Several years of sales management experience for technical products in need of explanation
  • Distinctive awareness of cost and return
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, and/or German
  • Advanced communication and persuasive skills
  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to succeed with a hands-on approach
  • Strong team leading skills, ability to motivate

We are looking for a Training Events Assistant for our client Ivoclar Vivadent, which is one of the world’s leading-edge dental companies, headquartered in Liechtenstein.

The position offers the possibility to experience different training and organizational activities in the dental sector, being part of international company culture.

Job Description:

Training Delivery

  • Support the Professional Services (PFS) Manager, assume the responsibility for all clerical and administrative duties related to training online or offline
  • Assist PFS Manager to prepare the schedule, training materials, models, training kits, notes
  • Provide support during training including audio/video technical support, refreshments, housekeeping
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department for any pre-and post-training tasks

Inventory Management

  • Manage the inventory, process inventory orders, log items received and taken from the inventory
  • Keep the database and documentation of stocks
  • Inspect shipments and check damages

Service Support and Feedback

  • Handle customer queries, provide appropriate service and information
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department about complaints and service issues

Events and Marketing Support

  • Prepare necessary items for the marketing events
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department to ensure that the event timelines and deadlines are met
  • Support management of booths, distribution of samples, post-event survey

Departmental Correspondence

  • Report to PFS Manager, support any departmental correspondence and communication with the HQ and the management
  • Communicate with external parties 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor or Associate Degree
  • Preferably 2 – 3 years of experience in an organizational role
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Open to flexible working hours and work on weekends (Overtime pay available)
  • Willingness to travel within Turkey and abroad
  • Excellent personal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and hands-on mentality
