Working Hours in the UAE

The maximum number of ordinary working hours is 8 hours / day, or 48 hours / week. The working hours is reduced by 2 hours / day during Ramadan. The additional period shall be deemed an overtime, and the wage for each overtime is calculated by increasing the normal hourly wage by at least 25 percent of the said wage.
