FMC Group hires the employees on behalf of the client and takes care of the entire administrative management, while the client stays in control of the functional management.
The employees are hired on behalf of the client. This means the client can select which employee will be hired and which salary/benefit package should be provided. This approach ensures that our clients have complete control over the costs, as we charge the actual cost of employment plus a service fee and not a daily rate.
Depending on your requirements, we can support you end-to-end in building your remote team. For many clients, this includes recruitment, purchasing IT equipment, providing office space, etc.
