With our Employer of Record Services (EoR), we hire employees on behalf of our clients in countries where they do not operate their own legal entity.
Our clients can enjoy the convenience of selecting their preferred employee and deciding on the salary/benefit package while we at FMC Group take over the administrative management responsibilities such as paying salary, taxes, social security, etc. This way, our clients can focus on the functional management of the employee, relieving them of the administrative burden.
